Overhauling
of Turbo Generators
Complete
technical expertise was given to Pakistan Steel
for their yearly maintenance of Turbo-Generator.
The work included opening, checking, inspection,
adjustment and revisioning (where necessary) of
Turbo-Generator parts such as bearing, diaphrams,
rotor, valves, pumps etc and closing the machines.
Sea Water
Pumping Plant Unit No. 5
Installation,
testing and commissioning of Pump Unit No.5 with
capacity of about 20,000M³/hour and auxiliary
equipment such as steel structure, pumps, motors,
bridge and total electrical works.
Refractory
Works
This
Heat insulation work consisting of materials such
as Chamotte Alumina Cement, asbestos covering
aggregate etc., was completed for 3 boilers of
Thermal Power Plant. The work was 25M inside and
outside of the main boiler panels. (total tonnage
: 1770 tons)
Thermal
Power Plant Bin Qasim Units 3 to 5 - 3X210 MW
Supply,
fabrication, erection and painting of steel
structures (columns, beams, trusses, girders etc.)
of Turbine Hall, Workshop and Store Building.
