Thermal power stations 

For the first time in Pakistan a Pakistani company, ICC was awarded the project as Main Contractor to construct a complete Thermal Power Station by Pakistan Steel Mills, Karachi.

Recently we have executed complete Mechanical works of 4x323 MW Hub Power Plant. This is the first Power Plant built in the Private Sector and we participated in it as Sub-contractors to M/S Ansaldo for Electro-Mechanical works consisting of 4 Nos. Turbines and Generators, Water intake system, Chlorination and Hydrogen Plant, Feed Water and Condensate Piping System, Electrical works such as Transformers, Switchgear and cabling etc. Total Tonnage of this Project was about 8,000 Tons.

Presently we are executing complete Mechanical Erection of balance works of 412 MW Rousch Power Plant. This Plant owned by Rousch Power Company with Siemens being EPC Contractor and Lahmeyer as Consultants. The Balance Equipment of this plant at Abdul Hakeem (near Multan) which was awarded to M/S Black & Veatch International of USA and was further sub-contracted in total to ICC.

3 Boilers of 220 tons per hour steam capacity with 100 Kg working pressure and 535°C temperature with neutralizer plant and accessories.Turbo Generators of 55 MW each with electrolyser plant and auxiliary equipment.

Turbo Blowers with 12 MW each steam turbines for supply of compressed air for blast furnace.

Complete electrical installation work.

1 Boiler of 220 ton per hour steam capacity.

1 turbo Generator of 55 MW. Complete electrical installation work.

Central pump house with 8 Nos. pumps of capacity 15000 M³ per hour each, switching chamber, cooling towers 48 sets, with air output 110,000 M³/hour each, chlorination plant and complete circulating water pipe line.

These are the tallest structure ever-built in Pakistan and the work includes prefabrication, assembly, and erection of 1400 Tones of flues with their supporting structure alongwith painting (5000M²) and installation (1000M²).

Complete Chemical Protection

Sand blasting, wrapping and coating of CW pipe lines.

Sand blasting and painting (synthetic and epoxy) of structures, pipelines, tanks equipment etc. covering the whole plant.

Rubber lining of tanks and pipe lines.

Electrical Works

Complete electrical works of the plant including 13 Bays 220 kV switchyard consisting of transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, control and protection system and cables etc.

Cogeneration Power Plant, Lahore.

Design. supply, erection and commissioning of 2X800 kW congeneration power plant for Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Head Office Building, Lahore.

Gas Turbines For Mari Gas

Supply, installation and compressing of 2X800 kW Gas Turbines at Dharki for Mari Gas.
